This hotel is still in new condition, so its condition is still very good. There are almost no drawbacks, maybe it's just that there's no AC outlet in my room, so when the door is closed, it feels a bit hot. Apart from that, amazing! I will come back here with more family members. This hotel should be enjoyed with the family because the rooms are very spacious.
We rented a 3-bedroom unit for 5 people , unquestionably our favorite hotel of the trip. The rooms are new and very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Furano, no matter the season.
Rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. On site, they have limited amenities - esp since we visited in the summer. The main draw is it's closeness to it's ski hills in winter. Location wise, they're up the hill so, as you'll need to have a car otherwise, you'll have to walk all the way up. There are restaurants and diners along the hill or you can take a short drive to town. Breakfast was pretty decent and they serve fruits so, it's a nice touch. The restaurant is not always operating though, you need to book in advance and check if they're operating on that day. No onsen on site as well which was a bummer. Staff are friendly and professional.
