A Perfect Stay at FER Hotel – Highly Recommended FER Hotel was the best decision we made in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm, elegant hospitality that rivaled any five-star luxury hotel. The hotel is stylish, clean, and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a corner suite room, which was ideal for three people. The room and bathroom were spotless, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. Breakfast included fresh fruit, delicious desserts, and a variety of salads—definitely worth it. The location is fantastic: just steps from the tram station and within walking distance of major attractions, yet nestled in a quiet, peaceful street. What truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service from Ibrahim. From the moment we checked in, he was not only professional and courteous, but also warm and genuinely caring. He anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made us feel incredibly welcome. My young daughter was especially touched by his kindness, and after we checked out, she couldn’t stop crying because she regretted not having taken a photo with him. We actually returned to the hotel the next day just for that moment. Thanks to Ibrahim, her memory of Türkiye is forever bright and filled with warmth. With so many hotel options and rising prices in Istanbul, I can confidently say FER Hotel offers exceptional value and service. I’ve already promised my daughter that we’ll return to Istanbul—and without hesitation, we’ll choose FER Hotel again :)

A hidden boutique treasure in the heart of Istanbul. Fer Hotel is a beautiful blend of elegance, privacy, and thoughtful hospitality. Tucked away just steps from the heart of the city, it offers peace and quiet without compromising on access or luxury. The staff are genuinely attentive without being overbearing — it’s the kind of service that feels natural, not scripted. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — a rare find in this part of town. That said, a touch of maintenance here and there (minor wear and tear) would elevate the entire stay from excellent to flawless. Still, the overall experience is outstanding. From the soft linens to the rich espresso served downstairs, everything feels curated with care. Highly recommended for those who value calm, comfort, and a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere.

Very good experience with this hotel. The staff is very kind. The AC of our room didn't work and they solved it perfectly by given us another room. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom is spacious with a large countertop and good lighting. The location is also good, the big attractions are on walking distance I would recommend getting the corner suite, spacious and quiet.
