Pleasant hotel on entry. Room nice clean. Clean towels The sheets on bed weren’t changed in our 9 days but still clean as shower twice a day Can’t get an iron. Staff very kind and friendly. Had tiny ants in room lots. Didn’t bother us Reported it many times asking for them to spray said they would change our room but we couldn’t be bothered to pack unpack again. They sprayed on our last day. Doesn’t bother me all these things as was cheap holiday. Would definitely recommend and use again. Fantastic location. Noisy. Buzzing. Hear noise all night but on top floor so didn’t bother me I slept well. Really comfortable beds Fantastic shower hot water Bathroom fitments could do with securing. Absolutely no frills just basic adequate hotel. No food service anywhere in hotel We went up rooftop once. It’s not in use just storing stuff up there. But fantastic views !! Great cafes bars right outside. Buses right outside and taxis. Got bus/ train pass for 7 days £16 covers all Naples absolutely recommend this. Easy to use public transport. Got ripped off by taxi man he took us to hotel 5 minutes drive €25. But going other way hotel booked taxi hotel said will be €15 but driver wanted €18 not too bad suppose ? Traffic all night and bars busy till early hours. But it’s okay We slept fine. Aircon great. Sorrento fantastic cost £30 each return. Booked online Direct Ferries. No hassle at port Beverello Few people said don’t bother with capri as way too busy not nice. If you just use as a base hotel is great.

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, the entire first floor stinks of smoke, as do the rooms, even though these are “smoke free”. The second floor which we were upgraded to after complaining about the first room we were given was better, but still not good. Bed is uncomfortable, linen was not changed the 4 days were there, nor were towels etc, then we were charged an outrageous “city tax” at the end of our stay which seems a bit dubious to me. Location though I have to say isn’t bad. You’re a 20 minute walk from most things. Ie the tube.

Having travelled in Italy before, this must have been the worst hotel we stayed in The room was unclean, falling apart. The bedsheets and the curtains were dirty. The plug sockets in the room did not work par one - we had to use the plug in the bathroom to charge phones!! The beds were really uncomfortable. The window was not sound proof, fridge broken and draws in wardrobe didn't close properly. The shower was so full of limescale that it dripped on you. We called at 19:00 one day to ask for some tea and were told no. The roof cafe closes at 19:00 every day and even when it's open, it's awful. Out of all of this awful experience the best bit was a large TV and one lady who was actually nice. Everyone else was miserable and completely unhelpful. This is a one star hotel on it's very best day. do not stay here...
