We’ve just come back from the most amazing wk, honestly can’t fault the place. Rooms were really big and spacious. The food was good nice selection of hot and cold foods, we always found something to eat as a fussy eater myself and an autistic child that doesn’t eat very much. The pool bar serves food inbetween meals toasties, hotdogs, burgers and chips and ice cream, the all inclusive drinks were very good. Sara on reception always went above and beyond to help when needed it. Bar staff and servers younes, mirella, aimad, Wendy, Adrian, etien and Sebastian made our holiday so friendly, excellent service always do friendly and a smile I really can’t thank you all enough for making our holiday perfect. Entertainment lenny was absolutely brilliant great entertainer fab with the kids always had everyone up. Overall a fantastic holiday and. Ant wait to come back
This is our first time at fegis cactus and it has been a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful lovely an clean and everyone is so friendly. Lennie the hotel entertainment staff has been amazing the whole time we have been always happy and friendly to everyone. The bar staff have been amazing especially Jose angel always ready with our drinks and a smile when we go to the bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely look to return in the future
Very good hotel, the Vista Mar room was excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would especially like to thank Sebastian at the reception for being extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He made our stay even more enjoyable with his great attitude and excellent service.
