Spacious rooms and a great pool to keep the kids occupied. Staff very friendly but the food menu for the night could have at least one vegetarian meal (there over 8 for meat eaters). Also the all inclusive cocktails are very weak- stick to the beer. Decent entertainment and shuttle to the beach is super convenient. The trip for mainly for our child and she was very happy!
Great staff and friendly atmosphere. It's great for kids and plenty slides etc overall in the resort. Beach is a 15 minute walk down hill, but unfortunately it's the coming back uphill part which can feel rough. Overall the hotel is great but do be aware that the whole place is a steep hill. So going from your room regardless of where you are, you'll go up and down a hill constantly. We went with an 11 month old. Not too much for him to do - baby room bit isn't much like the photos unfortunately. Slightly older kids and upwards would enjoy more.
We stayed at Fergus Club Europa for 4 nights and overall had a lovely break. We originally booked a suite but were given a standard room for the first two nights. Thankfully, Jet2 resolved this quickly, and we moved into the suite for the remainder of our stay. The hotel itself is really good, especially for families with children. There's a great variety of food options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plenty to suit different tastes. The fun pool with slides was a big hit with the kids! However, we did have a bit of a concern with safety – the lifeguard at the top left after a couple of hours, and things became a bit chaotic. At one point, someone came down the slide at the same time as my daughter and almost knocked her over. It would be great if supervision was more consistent, especially during busy times. One thing that was frustrating was the situation with the sunbeds. Despite signs clearly stating that sunbeds can only be reserved for 30 minutes, we had to go down as early as 7am just to get one – and no staff seemed to be enforcing the rule. This made it quite stressful, especially with young children. The night entertainment was fun, but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. On our last night, we had to stand by the wall and ended up leaving after the mini disco, which was a shame. Despite those few issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back in the future. It's a lovely place with a great atmosphere for families.
