We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. All seem very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the afternoon pool games along with the evening entertainment. A fantastic hotel next to a beautiful town and beach.

Excellent hotel and service. The room is comfortable. Awesome view and the jacuzzi on the terrasse was a memorable experience. Our only concern is about the bed which is not a double bed but two single beds side to side. Not ideal at all and not what we can expect from a 4 stars hotel. Last thing: the fruits at the breakfast have no taste, in a sunny place like this we expect tasty fruits. I think you should pay attention to the fruits you select for your customers.

A very good holiday club situated directly at the beach promenade in Conil. Walking to the beach takes about 2 minutes downhill. The hotel itself is in our experience a smaller one than others in Spain. However, the rooms offered a spacious and very clean. Also the rooms seem to be relatively new renovated conditions. The pool area is very clean and spacious enough for all people staying in the hotel. The only negative point in our experience is the flow of information at the reception. Unfortunately, no deep in information on what works and how were shared deeply up on arrival. Asking the people (where is the restaurant, how does payment for garage and drinks work, etc.) at the reception ended always for us in the felling like a schoolkid. Sufficient selection for dinner and breakfast was good. Also the quantity of food served was good so that no long waiting needed. However, freshness of fruits and keeping the food warm offers room for improvement. Sometimes the food which should be warm, e.g. french fries, was already cold in the bowl. For those traveling by car, parking lots are available in the hotel owned parking garage for 15€ a day. Outside, the are a lot of free options. However, especially in the afternoon when local people are staying at the beach, it was often tight so the the hotel garage was often the only option. Bottomline, a good place on the "Costa de la Luz" with certain limitations.
