Amazing stay in a great location. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Also, a special thank you to the Guest Experience Manager, she was incredibly helpful during our stay, she made everything so easy, whenever we needed something she was spot on! Huge thanks as well to the animations team, who brought so much fun and energy every day. Great vibes, clean hotel, and perfect location. I will definitely come back! I wish you all the best !!!

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Ibiza. The food was surprisingly good – fresh, varied, and delicious every day. The atmosphere was really fun and lively, especially around the pool and in the evenings at the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great holiday – I would definitely come back!

I do not recommend staying at this hotel! We experienced a full-day water outage during our stay, with no access to running water—so we couldn’t wash our hands, flush the toilets, or take a shower for the entire day. When we contacted reception, we were told it was unexpected and a one-time issue. However, after a quick online search, we found multiple past guest reviews mentioning similar outages, clearly showing this is a recurring problem. The response from the reception staff was very poor. They offered no apology, no explanation, and no compensation for the inconvenience. Even worse, multiple calls from our room to reception went unanswered and we needed to go to directly to reception in order to speak to someone. Cleanliness was also an issue. Within minutes of checking in, we noticed our feet were dirty and sandy just from walking barefoot on the bedroom floor—clearly it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also a visible stain on the bidet upon arrival, which was unacceptable. The hotel itself is in need of major refurbishment. The hallways had a strong sewerage-like smell, and our room also had an unpleasant odor. Both the hallways and rooms are outdated and worn. Our bedroom was dimly lit, and the bathroom had no exhaust fan, which left it constantly steamy and damp. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Until significant improvements are made, I would not recommend staying here.
