The rooms were very clean and spacious. The Hotel is directly located at the beach and has a decent pool, restaurant and bar. But the best thing was the personal!!! Especially MARTIN at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and supportive!! You can tell that he loves his job! That man deserves a raise!! Thank you PR

Booked this hotel because it accepts min one night stay and we just needed a place to stay coming back from Alcudia to catch an early flight the next day. Saw some average reviews so was a bit unsure about the booking, but overall the experience was good. Room and toilet is clean. Mattress is a bit spring-y so I am not quite used to. Fridge was bigger than usual mini fridge, but it wasn’t very cool. We stayed on the 5th floor and our neighbours were quiet. Depending on the room yes you might need to step out to the balcony to see the ocean view. We watched sunset and had a light takeaway dinner on the balcony. Overall, what I paid for is fair considering it being so close to airport.

Paying more for every night to have a beach view, is just embarrassing. The only thing you see while looking out of the window is the other side of the building. To see the beach, you have to go out on your balcony. In our case, both neighbors were smoking, so we neither could sit on the balcony, nor fully open the balcony’s door because the cigarette smoke would make our room stink. The staff were very kind, but they couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the balcony door was broken, so it was very hard to open it. We bought new plastic knifes (because the cutlery was pretty dirty in the room) and chips. Both of it got stolen from the cleaning lady, so we have to no longer give them permission to clean our room. The bedsheets also had weird stains and the bedroom ceiling was moldy. Quite a shame for the price.
