The best hotel for complete family! After your new hotel renovation, you moved your hotel's services in to the outer space! Out of the box - Please put your skill cut machine out of the hotel - because childrens crying and parents losing millions euro :-)
Second time staying at the Chalet Deluxe, really enjoy the private sauna with panoramic view, chalet is spacious and comfortable. Great facilities at the hotel, the kids absolutely love it. Outdoor jacuzzi is the dream after a day of skiing. Perfect location near the supermarket and chair lift. Secured underground parking is also much appreciated. Perhaps again next year!
The resort itself is amazing... Heated pools, spa, an amazing indoor park with tons of activities for children, and the rooms are super nice and very clean and spacious. We stayed at the Chalet Delux which has 5 bedrooms and it was really great. I only have one comment that was a little weird to me: We payed over 4500 EUR for our stay at the Chalet Delux and surprisingly found out that the final cleaning fee is calculated as 10% of the stay rate - there for 457 EUR. I've never heard of anything like that before. I don't understand why the cleaning fee needs to be a percentage of the room rate and not a flat fee. There is no room service, changing towels costs money, so it is only for final cleaning. To me, 457 EUR is insanely high.
