WARNING – Stay away from this scammer! What a disgraceful experience! We booked a stay at this supposedly “reliable” accommodation: Four hours before arrival, we were told without any explanation that our reservation had been canceled. No apology, no alternative, and zero help or accountability. We were literally on our way to the location with our suitcases in the car when we heard this. As if that wasn't bad enough: six weeks later, we still haven't received a cent back. No refund, no clear communication, and phone calls and messages are simply ignored. This feels like pure fraud. We are deeply disappointed and furious about this treatment. This company is absolutely not to be trusted. As far as we're concerned, agencies like Booking.com or Airbnb should remove this “accommodation” immediately. Don't fall for this – save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss. This is not a place to book with confidence.

What should have been a lovely weekend ended in utter disappointment. Just before departure (four hours before our planned arrival), the owner contacted us to say that the booking (which we had already paid for in advance) was cancelled. The reason was water damage, and there was no electricity, so we couldn't use the accommodation we had already paid for. So, we had to hastily book alternative accommodation, which made the weekend feel somewhat salvaged. But then it happened; we were, of course, promised a refund, no more than usual. But now, six weeks later, after many excuses, we still haven't received our money back... from an accountant on vacation (the owner probably can't handle online banking 🙄) to simply no response to our emails, we're completely surprised. It's perfectly fine that our weekend is cancelled due to damage; the owner can't do much about that. But then make sure our money is refunded on time...

We had booked a holiday home and were really looking forward to some relaxation. Unfortunately, our reservation was cancelled at the very last minute by the landlord due to alleged water damage. That was already a huge disappointment, especially since we couldn't find alternative accommodation at such short notice. What makes matters worse: it's now been more than six weeks and we still haven't received our money back. We've contacted them several times, but each time we receive vague answers or are completely ignored. This feels not only unprofessional but also downright unreliable. We therefore strongly advise against this holiday home. If you value reliability and customer service, please look elsewhere.
