I ended up in this vacation rental by chance a few years ago, as the apartment I had originally booked was under construction; this apartment was found and paid for by my original landlord (duration: New Year's Eve). In terms of size and amenities, the apartment is perfectly adequate for two people (I don't need luxury on vacation), and a plus is the private parking space right next to the house (Apartment Type B, House 1, basement). Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars (unfortunately, because the landlord himself was very friendly and accommodating): The shower works via a storage boiler, meaning you "fill" the boiler, heat it up, and then use the existing hot water. In winter, if you weren't told beforehand and cold water suddenly comes out while you're soaping up, it's rather suboptimal. I don't know if this has changed since then. The underfloor heating is controlled externally, meaning there's no way to regulate the temperature; again, this isn't really acceptable, especially in winter. The "terrace" isn't really one; in winter, that doesn't matter, but in summer, it would really annoy me.

By then, everything was dirty; the apartment was also way too expensive. I didn't feel comfortable in the filth. The vacation was hell; every day that passed, I thought about home and wanted to get back home as quickly as possible. The vacation in that apartment was unbearable.

The apartment was not cleaned at all. The offer does not correspond to reality at all. Our terrace is a cellar hole. There were stains on the sheets and towels. Price-performance ratio: Poor 🥺 [House number 1, Apartment 2]
