Ferienhaus Leuchtturm

Wir sind in dem Leuchtturm. Super Panorama oben. Sehr schön gemacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit eigenem Duschbad. Die eigene kleine Sauna ist auch wunderbar. Alles in allem sehr gelungen und zu empfehlen.

We had our stay from April 30th. - May 6th, 2023 with 6 people in this extraordinary living ambience. The location is wonderful and really invites you to linger and relax. If you are looking for a place to slow down and recharge your batteries, you will definitely find it here. The property is a lighthouse that consists of 5 floors including the ground floor. There is a sauna, a large kitchen with various electrical appliances, 2 bathrooms with shower, a room with a double bed, a room with a double bed and two bunk beds (double bunk beds), 2 couches that can be used as a sofa bed, as well as TV sets, a starry sky under the lighthouse top... There is also an outside room for storing your bicycles. A travel cot and high chair can be booked. We brought our own towels and bed linen (luckily). This can also be booked in addition. If you like watching the sunsets, there is a terrace at the back with seating, including a beach chair. However, and now I come to the details that could be improved: Something definitely needs to be done about cleanliness -The showers were not cleaned properly (there was hair on the shower wall: stone side) -The floor of the shower was streaky/slippery and partly chalky -Both shower cubicles are leaking -it is generally dusty in the house: It needs to be dusted urgently - it was also unclean under the bed -The advertised starry sky only partially works -some of the chairs on the terrace were broken (unable to sit!) -The door of the terrace on the upper floor is broken because the handle is missing -The lamps in the kitchen are partly broken - Fridge opened, radio went into noise mode -WiFi only available in the upper area What is particularly noteworthy: An end-of-stay cleaning should also be an end-of-stay cleaning, which is not just a word. Because financially the whole thing is not in proportion!!!

There is a great view, but it was dirty and some things were broken. The leftover food from the previous ones was still in the pans (we didn't look at the rest) and went away with a wipe. There were dust mice, sand, hair and footprints on the floor. The lighting on the balcony didn't work and a few lamps were broken. There was a lot of dog poop in the garden and the chairs were littered. There was no topper on the box spring beds, which made the bed very hard. I'm used to a lot of things because I regularly sleep in hostels. However, I only pay 5 to 10 euros a night there and not 350 euros. I'm really disappointed. Above all, when I handed over the bowl, I was assured that I would be contacted again. But once again only the money is taken and no apology...
