Large holiday home with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (and shower) in a quiet residential area of Mainz. On the ground floor there is a toilet with a 3rd shower, living room with fireplace, complete kitchen and outdoor terrace with BBQ. Basement with 2 washing machines and dryer. On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms (with two beds per room) and bathroom with toilet, shower and bath. In the attic there is a bedroom with a sitting area, a shower and toilet and a roof terrace. House is fully furnished, only lighting is rather bright or missing, no spices in the kitchen and no shampoo in the showers. 2 reserved parking spaces. Near tram stop (1 to 2 minutes walk), local supermarket, bank, bakery and several restaurants (max 10 minutes walk). Center Mainz is 5 to 10 minutes by car and Frankfurt is 30 to 45 minutes by car.
