The treatment was rude and communication was difficult. They make false charges in order to collect more money by lying about the condition of the property and lost items. The lady also ask for deposit out of the platform where you book it and then she charge the deposite with fake accusations
Bad experience with this person, everything seemed very nice, until the moment of waiting for the deposit we had left, we are accused of stealing towels and leaving the house so dirty, I do not understand why he has to lie in this way, we do not need your used towels, we also have education, I have started to see some reviews and it seems that he has the same problem in accusing people, who steal their towels and keep the deposit.
Unfortunately the host was not pleasant
