Great location, well equiped and nicely decorated. We had a great weekend :-)
Nice apartment with all the trimmings. It was clean but very dusty! Shame. The shower was built on an elevation which I did not find very convenient. The location is excellent in relation to everything. The bicycle/ski box is useful where you can store your skis or 2 to 3 bicycles. There is a Lidl within walking distance, useful for getting freshly baked sandwiches in the morning. If it weren't so dusty I would have given 5 stars. Been here for the second time. The bathroom has undergone a renovation and has become very beautiful and easily accessible. The surroundings are beautiful, deer seen behind the house. Beautiful cycling and walking
Long weekend Winterberg after heavy snowfall we really enjoyed. Two girls aged 12 & 14 wanted to learn to board. Dads along. Excellent option, not far from home. Apartment is complete with lovely (made!) beds, homely furnishings and good facilities. Because 4G works poorly in the house, a strong(er) WiFi would have been nice. Lidl around the corner. Although you can also go to the slopes by bus or car, we prefer to walk. Because this is uphill, it is actually just too far. Back we could do part on the snowboard. On skis certainly possible. Great place for a sporty weekend in Winterberg. Dutch contact in advance, German lady for reception.
