+ A very nice apartment in a small holiday complex with quiet surroundings. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station and 4 km by car from the motorway exit, making it an ideal base for an active holiday. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the small kitchen was well-equipped. - While this may be an advantage for some, we missed the personal contact with the hosts. We collected the keys from a box, returned them there upon departure, and handled payment online-without any personal interaction.

I love Oberadourf and have so many wonderful memories in this hotel apartment. The atmosphere is charming, and the location is great. However, I feel it could be updated to be more modern and luxurious to better reflect the high prices. Overall, still a lovely place to stay!

Disappointing Experience with Unhelpful Service😕 I recently tried to get information about staying at this place and had an extremely frustrating experience. I called the reception, but the person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. I was told to send an email instead because they only respond to emails. I followed their instructions and waited several days for a response. When I finally got one, it was disappointing. They essentially told me to check the website, but I had already done that and couldn't find key information. For example, I was unsure whether it's possible to park a large vehicle, like a campervan, and whether early check-in was an option. I also had important questions about safety, nearby supermarkets, and other details that were critical for our long stay. I had never encountered such poor customer service, and it really ruined my excitement for the trip. It's unfortunate, because this place could be great, but the lack of communication and unhelpful responses made me feel very disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as many guests, especially those planning long stays, need clearer information and more support.
