Ferienwohnanlage Prinzenhof

Is the second time that we have spend a few days here. Not only the place is beautiful and well kept, the family running it are wonderful and will make you feel like at home. We will be coming back at least once every two months.

Be careful - scammers and rip-offs at work!!!!! What has been happening around the Prinzenhof team in the last few weeks cannot be put into words. Last year I booked the entire Pronzenhof for our group (approx. 20 people) for the weekend from April 24th to 27th, 2025. Originally only a deposit of 10% was required, but in the order confirmation it was 50%. Unfortunately, I didn't get an answer to this question as to why this was done - and that's standard here - not getting an answer (everything can be proven!). On April 4th I called the Prinzenhof again to clarify the last details, bed linen, grill etc. I then had the "caretaker" on the phone, who told me that nothing was wrong because there was a burst pipe and we couldn't travel. The pipe burst happened a long time ago and the renovation work cannot be completed by the end of April. They also had no alternative. Unfortunately, I still don't have any written confirmation of this. I then looked for an alternative for our trip. So far the Prinzenhof has not responded to my repeated requests to refund my deposit of around 2635 euros. First they would need the account details if they asked over the phone, then issues would have to be clarified with the tax advisor and now no one will make any withdrawals or you will be pushed away!! So I can only warn everyone against making a booking here. I will now turn the matter over. Need to get a lawyer to clarify. I would like to give minus 100 stars because I have never come across anything like that!! As I said, I can provide proof of emails and call logs. This is not fun or revenge!
