A really great place to stay in basingstoke. The room are spacious, nice and comfortable. Great breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs and other items. The host Ian really made us feel welcome here. The location is great. A 5 minute walk to London street which is closed to cars and has great pubs and dining, even some food trucks on the walk. Also the museum is there with some interesting history of the area. Definitely will stay at the Fernbank on our next visit.
I stay here regularly. Much prefer it to some of the larger hotels in town. Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet and well run. Breakfast is outstanding! Best bacon I’ve ever had!
Lovely little hotel. Well kept, comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Topped off with a warm welcome and great service. Couldn't ask for more.
