Feronya Hotel

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized down to the smallest detail. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly staff. The service was extremely fast and professional – always ready to help with a smile. The room was perfect: very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was also immediately noticeable. The food was simply outstanding! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly arranged – from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and comfort!

I recently stayed at the Feronya Hotel in Istanbul and had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Murat, the front desk manager. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm and genuine welcome that immediately made us feel at home. Mr. Murat was not only professional and efficient in handling our check-in process, but he also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was always available to assist with any requests, offered great recommendations about the local area, and managed everything with a calm and friendly demeanor. His attention to detail, dedication to guest satisfaction, and exceptional communication skills truly stood out. It’s rare to encounter such hospitality, and Mr. Murat’s efforts certainly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel. Unfortunately, our stay at Feronya Hotel did not meet expectations. The rooms were much smaller than advertised, and the breakfast was very limited in both variety and quality. There are no additional facilities offered, which was a letdown. Although the location is convenient – just a short walk from Taksim Square – the area right outside the hotel entrance has bins that give off an unpleasant smell, which really affects the first impression. Overall, there are definitely better options in the same area. Would not recommend based on our experience.
