Can't say enough about the hotel. Staff were amazing. So helpful and lovely to deal with. Rooms were fantastic. We got food in the bar area and again top marks. Location was also good. Right up on the river so great views and close enough to the city for a 10 min drive.
Loved it! Such a beautiful setting over looking the water and peaceful. Great staff and service with a smile. Nice rooms and swimming pool and a great breakfast. Dinner was lovely in the Dock bar. Babysitters recommended by the hotel were fantastic. Highly recommend a stay here. 👌
My husband and I stayed here for a night, and the place was great. The check-in time was 4 PM, but they let us check in at 3 PM. We booked the family room, which had one queen bed and one single bed. The bathroom had only a shower. You needed to request a toothbrush and toothpaste from reception. Our room had a view of the river and the garden. Room service was on time, and the staff were very friendly. Their pool was nice. It was open as early as 6:30 AM, which was perfect for early risers. The food was okay. However, the room that we booked had no mini-fridge. Overall, it was an excellent stay.
