I recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Fes, and I had mixed feelings about the experience. In terms of style and decor, I was expecting something more unique or with a stronger Moroccan touch. Instead, the design leaned more towards a modern, somewhat cold atmosphere, lacking the warmth and cultural identity I was hoping to find—especially in a city as rich in heritage as Fes. However! All of that fades away once you experience the food and service at this hotel. The service was simply amazing! The staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. You truly feel welcomed and cared for, with every detail handled quickly and gracefully. As for the food, it was unforgettable. From the rich and varied breakfast to the beautifully prepared dishes at the restaurant—everything was delicious, fresh, and presented with a touch of elegance that turned every meal into a luxury experience. Honestly, the hotel may not stand out in terms of decor or ambiance, but if you're looking for real comfort, outstanding service, and absolutely delicious food, then the Marriott Fes is an excellent choice. I would definitely come back just for those key details that truly make a stay special.

The hotel is nice overall. The staff is well trained to provide a top notch service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing swimming pool. The only drawbacks are very slow checkin and a screening by the hotel security based on the car type which I think already got mentioned before.

I had a fantastic experience at the Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area but close to everything you need. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained — a real oasis in the city. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. Special thanks to Fatima Zahra at the reception and Hind in the restaurant for making us feel so welcome! Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Moroccan and international options. While some parts of the hotel are a bit dated, everything was well-kept and very clean.
