Great place to stay, the owners are nice and provide helpful information and help when needed. There are a few places you can visit in the area, using a "guest card" provided by the owners. Very nice place.

I would advise staying away from this place. Our flight to Austria was canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, and while all the other hotels we booked with agreed to refund us, this one—where we had planned to stay for 10 nights—refused. They also didn’t agree to reschedule our stay. Booking.com was very supportive and tried to help, but there was no cooperation from the property. Additionally, the owner, Anna Maria, was quite unpleasant and made false accusations against us, such as claiming we contacted her from different countries and hadn’t paid, even though the payment was made in full through Booking.com. Ultimately, we lost a lot of money without even staying there. Given that it was August, they could have easily booked other guests. Communication was also difficult, as they didn’t speak English and were often unavailable. In short, you might have a good experience if nothing goes wrong, but we recommend avoiding the risk.
