Festa Panorama Hotel

I was here for 4 day’s. Calm, nice, and fun hotel. Good feel here, thanks everyone, but the group of animators are best! With Gery it was so much fun, with all of them. Thank you all for nice felling from this place. I hope I soon come back.

The location was superb, the service and the food were very good, but our favorite thing was the entertainers, especially Viktor and Gerry. Without them, I don't think the vacation would have been the same. They made our days more beautiful. We will definitely come back, especially for the entertainers.

I stayed at Festa Panorama Hotel in 2022 with my wife and brother, and we had a wonderful experience back then. The food was great, the staff was friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. That stay left a very positive impression, which is why we decided to return in 2025. Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. The hotel has gone downhill significantly. First and foremost, there was no air conditioning in the middle of the season – the rooms were hot and stuffy, which made sleeping uncomfortable. When we asked about it, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no solution. The food quality had dropped drastically. The so-called "buffet" was basically limited to English breakfast every day – bacon, eggs, beans, and toast. Not once during our stay did we see any kind of seafood or variety in the menu, which is completely unacceptable for a seaside hotel in Bulgaria. In 2022, there was a wide selection and fresh meals – this time it felt cheap and repetitive. We also noticed they were clearly understaffed. Service was slow, the restaurant was often messy, and it felt like the hotel was cutting corners everywhere – food, staff, and even basic comforts like air conditioning. What disappointed me the most, however, was the attitude. I’m a Bulgarian staying in a Bulgarian hotel, and even I felt ignored and unimportant. If this is how local guests are treated, I can only imagine what the experience must be like for foreign visitors. Sadly, we won’t be returning. Festa Panorama used to be a great place, but now it feels like a shadow of what it was just a few years ago. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.
