Nice hotel. Thanks to the bartender Svtelana and all the restaurant staff for the great service.
Nice swimming pool and beach but the staff is not very welcoming and also randomly an old man came and screamed we had to leave the pool. We pay so much money so we should be able to swim also after 18o clock. The food was average and the workers in the restaurant can be more welcoming and friendly. Other than that it was nice for us.
The location of the hotel is excellent, It is a seafront hotel located on on the beach. The food and drinks are average, the hotel staff is not very welcoming with a smile as it should be, especially in a four star hotel. The rooms are not the best, the mattress in our room was uneven, with a hole in the middle, not at all comfortable and supportive. We had to put under it some small pillows that were there in order to be able to sleep and not slide down all the time. The carpet was dirty with a big stain in the middle. The towels weren`t changed as supposed and the room wasn`t cleaned the day before our departure. The staff has to get educated about how to be more polite and accept customers with a smile.
