We just spend Easter at this hotel. I don’t have enough words to say how great it was and the five starts are well deserved. Starting with the Reception where the ladies (Manager Svetlana and receptionist Yoann, but all the rest of people as well ) were extremely welcoming and accommodating all the way to the cleaning ladies who were so nice I can only say we will make this our Easter tradition from now one for us if not spend even more time here. The food was from a different world. Cheff Georgi presented us his creations as they were indeed masterpieces and it was just an experience to dine here. He was also noting our kids so took care of their requests Every meal was high class, service plus the hostess Desislava were always there and helped us with everything we needed. They have a salt room which our little one needs and enjoys a lot. And to say the ladies at the kids club ( EMI and Lora) they were so creatives, died eggs had disco night for the kids and just entertain them so well. Little ones does not like everyone but he enjoyed them. As a very recent experience I would strongly recommend it
I stayed for 3 nights with a group and was very satisfied! A great hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, large bathrooms, and balconies. The cleanliness was excellent, and the soundproofing was fine. The room included complimentary instant coffee, tea, and two bottles of water, along with a coffee maker that also provided hot water for tea. Coffee capsules were available for an extra charge (3 BGN each). We enjoyed fantastic food! Both breakfast and dinner had a variety of fresh, delicious, and unique options at the buffet. The SPA was a fantastic bonus after a day full of activities (skiing/snowboarding/horseback riding). It offered a free pool, sauna, hammam, an ice bucket shower, a relaxation room, and a salt room. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a dedicated ski equipment room with rental options. Right behind the hotel, there were enchanting forest trails, perfect for a walk. The staff was polite, friendly, and always helpful!
Stayed at Festa palace for a short ski trip. Hotel location, facilities and rooms were good. Hotel staff on the other hand was VERY POOR- attempting to charge extra excessive fees to hotel guests during low season (little snow). Attempted to increase room capacity from 1 to 2 adults (same room); hotel wanted more money than booking the same hotel room one day before checkin DESPITE me booking 1 month ago. When attempting to come to an amicable agreement, management weren’t available during the whole 4 day stay; with reception staff threatening to call the police & raising their voice to me. Additionally, witnessed the hotel attempting to charge other guests for ski storage when it was included in their rate showing how the hotel tried to “supplement”income during quiet times. Dealing with Rude staff like Setwana is definitely not the service of a “5 star” establishment.
