Festival Resort 422ACDIL Five Bedroom Townhome

I had a wonderful time. The resort was like a little apartment. I was able to store and cook my own food. There was a balcony. The keyless entry was convenient. It was close to all the attractions and parks. Highway accessible fairly easy. It had a washer and dyer in the unit. It was just a wonderful experience. I could not give it enough stars....

I love this place. I haven't been in a really good hotel for a while now so going here was great. The pool was great and the hot tub😍, the rooms were clean and beautiful, they bathrooms are nice but the toilet sounds like an elephant is dying when you flush, the room my mom and dad stayed in bathroom door was broken. The room my family stayed in was great nothing was wrong. The kitchen has tools you can use to cook with so you don't have to buy nothing but food, but if you don't like washing dishes then you can buy plastic I love the experience that i had here. I would love to live there if they were apartments 😂 but i would come back!

Why is the same area under construction that was 9 years ago at my last stay? It doesn't look like it's been updated at all since! The staff were super helpful checking in/out. I didn't like that I had to download app for my room key. It left no choice but to have my phone if I was going to utilize the pool and i had a little trouble getting app to work at first and didn't want to attempt to set it up for my husband. The room looked fairly clean...however... The chair in the living room had black marks and stains on it. There was barely enough silverware for three people and I had to do dishes after every meal. Just what I want to do on vacation. The wifi was spotty at times and could really use a booster. The beds were comfortable and the pull out appeared clean. On my last stay I had to have it replaced due to a large urine stain, so it's gotten better. 🤷🏼‍♀️
