Fez Inn Hotel

This is a great hotel, everything is good - newly renovated rooms and bathrooms, new plumbing, it is clean and quiet. Cleaning is excellent. The shower has an emergency call for staff (just pull the rope if you feel unwell). I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel cares so much about the safety of its visitors. Excellent friendly staff who speak English, varied breakfasts made from fresh products. The only small drawback is the location of the hotel. From the Otogar metro station you can walk to the hotel in about 20-30 minutes. You can also take a taxi and the trip will cost 150-200 lira. In 5-10 minutes by taxi you can get to the Forum shopping center, where there are many cafes.

The worst hotel I have seen ever . Bed was not comfortable and until morning( all the night) there was music playing in the corridor. Not towels until we call and service veryyyyyy slow+Price was costy which it doesn't worth at all.

Worst Hotel Experience - They Stole My Money! I arrived at the hotel a day before my reservation and was shocked to find that my superior king room was not clean at all. The couch was extremely dirty and looked old and worn out. The next morning, I requested an early check-out and asked the receptionist to cancel my reservation. She assured me that it was canceled and confirmed that I wouldn’t be charged. Later that evening, I was shocked to find that I had been charged the full 76 euros for two nights! When I returned to the hotel to resolve the issue, they claimed it wasn’t their problem. To make things worse, they didn’t have a manager or anyone responsible to talk to! just one person at the front desk running the entire hotel. They basically stole my money after confirming there would be no charge, and they refused to give it back. The hotel is also in a terrible location, far from the city and metro stations. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Poor service, terrible management, and dishonest staff!
