Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms, comfortable bedding with rooms equipped with coffee machine, tea, bottled water and mini bar. The breakfast was great. The hotel is in a central location close to many tourist attractions, shopping and very good restaurants, cafe's and gelato. The staff are friendly and professional and provide excellent service. Highly recommended.
This hotel is in the heart of Florence! You can literally go shopping, take your bags back to your room and then head out again to markets, restaurants, bars, etc. The reception staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast they offer is delicious and a perfect variety. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. The bedding and pillows had us sleepy so dreamy. Housekeeping does an excellent job and the turn down service is such a sweet touch. Considering it is Europe, the showers are SO spacious and the water pressure is incredible! It’s the little things, right? lol. We had a gorgeous view of the Duomo at night and saw a firework display right from our window. I absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend it. Hotel is in the perfect location- walking distance to lots of things you'd want to see and shopping. And price is very competitive compared to nearby hotels. Good restaurants close by too! Staff is extremely friendly throughout the hotel. The staff hands down made the stay- from house keeping to breakfast people- amazing. Bathrooms are extremely small- and need some maintenance.
