FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole

Everyone was really helpful and friendly. The location is breathtaking, you could nearly sit looking over Florence all day and never get over the view. A special shout out to the restaurant staff, their service was impeccable, every breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable but the staff are extremely attentive while being very friendly. Nicola who I think is the manager was fantastic, he makes you feel very looked after and he has a great sense of humour and made us laugh all the while providing a perfect service, it all made for a perfect stay and we look forward to staying here again. Wonderful hotel with spectacular views of Florence. It’s a serene retreat that’s very accessible to Florence, both by public transport and a hotel shuttle. Special shout-out to Nicola, who made our trip exceptional. His attention to detail in remembering orders, names and preferred seating is incredible! All staff for that matter were super friendly. Room cleaning was exceptional too.

We spent a few days at Villa Fiesole coming from Portugal and had a really lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The whole staff was kind and helpful throughout. Nicola, in particular, stood out, he was always welcoming during breakfast and also at the bistrot in the evening. Very professional, yet easygoing, he made us feel well looked after without ever overdoing it. It’s the kind of attention that makes a place feel special. Would definitely come back.
