Fidalsa Spectacular Beachfront

I have to say that the attention from Fildasa of Orihuela Costa is terrible. We rent an apartment in Dehesa de Campoamor. When we arrived the keys did not match. Well, apart from the fact that these people don't answer the phone, according to them they don't answer via WhatsApp until after half an hour. They had us two and a half hours waiting for someone to bring us the correct keys without any type of telephone attention or anything. I have asked for the complaints book and they ignore me. Super dissatisfied with the attention, no agency has ever been so unpleasant. The house is quite good despite some damage but good floor, but as I said the attention from Fildasa was horrible
