Fierro Hotel Buenos Aires

I would ideally give this place 4.8 but since I can’t do that, am definitely erring in their favor. It’s in a fantastic, super walkable neighborhood of Buenos Aires. We tried several cafes, ice cream shops, and restaurants because things are so close by. We were also able to use the bus and subway easily from here. The rooms are very quiet, large, and very clean. Since it’s a boutique hotel, even when it’s full, it does not feel crowded or busy. There is a lovely patio that we couldn’t use because it was a little cold. The staff are all really friendly and helpful! The desk staff, the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful. Coral, Flor, and others at the desk are awesome. The restaurant staff- Tania, Victoria, Antonella, and others are just delightful. The breakfast they include is so good, you can skip lunch if you take advantage of it. They give you toast, a media luna (a small, slightly sweet croissant), yogurt, orange juice, homemade jams, dulce de leche, honey and coffee to start! You can add one of a few other choices- omelette, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and a few other choices. They will also make you an espresso drink, which is very good! In fact, if Antonella is working, she makes the cutest animals on the lattes or cappuccinos. We also decided to eat dinner here one night and the food was excellent! We didn’t try it but the wine collection is awesome. Highly, highly recommend this place! Note: We were here for over two weeks so we used a laundry shop around the corner to get our clothes washed instead of using the hotel’s service, just so it wouldn’t be so expensive. This was a great option for us because we dropped off in the morning and could pick up before 6 pm.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. The bar and restaurant on site has a wide selection of food and drinks that we enjoyed. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Buenos Aires.

Spent four nights in the beautiful Palermo area of Buenos Aries at this lovely boutique hotel. It is so well run and the facilities and staff were excellent. For example there was an unexpected issue with the rooftop pool which was a disappointment however the staff found us another hotel nearby where we could use their facilities. The disruption only lasted 2 days. The breakfast is stunning and the bar service was also worthy of a mention. Would highly recommend this hotel.
