We had a wonderful four day stay in the hotel. From arrival Edith Torres was sure to give us a great welcome at reception. Marco Dominguez's attention in the restaurant was top notch. Our housekeeper, Gabriela, was thoughtful and very helpful. At dinner time, Omar and all the restaurant crew were very attentive and made sure we had a great experience in every meal. The food was wonderful. I had a chance to attend two Zumba lessons and the teacher was very pleasant and the lessons left me energised and happy. The pool bar staff were fun and pleasant and made sure we had a great time. The facilities are absolutely 5 star and the staff are always looking at every detail. My kids had a great time in the kids' pool with the slides. They are asking when we can come back!
Amazing stay. Great comfy clean big rooms. Great place for kids. The pools, the indoor pool, the go-karts and playground are super fun. Marco Dominguez and Fernando gave us an outstanding service at breakfast which by the way was delicious. Great place for all ages. Including grandmas. We can’t wait to stay again soon
The breakfast and buffet service were excellent and deserves 5 stars. Marcos (waiter) took very good care of us and was very attentive to our needs. He also freely provided information about the other benefits and services of the Hotel. He did a great job (Food service) made fresh omelettes for us and was excellent to speak with and tell us about all the ingredients he had to offer for the day. The service star was reduced because we struggled with our drinks at the bar the night before. The flavor or mix of the drinks were not that of what we expected for the type of mixed drinks we ordered. The room lost a star for minor things. The sheets although appearing clean had a couple stains, the shower sprayed water onto the ceiling and over the glass shower enclosure leaving water all over the floor and the coffee maker did not work. We told staff and they corrected these items immediately. We will have plans to stay again in the future.
