An oasis of peace and beauty a couple of hours out of mexico city. Beautiful gardens, super friendly staff, great service. Amazing location for a wedding a party or a reunion.
A lovely place where you can have a nice play with your family or friends. The river and the hotel instead have amazing views and a marvelous attention from the hostess. Highly recomend.
Currently staying here for a wedding. The hotel is beautiful. I had to get my card fixed because it wasn't working and I was told that I would be charged US$50 if I lost it. A plastic key card. I find that in really bad taste and annoying. I haven't lost the key nor have I been charged. Management can contact me if they want to reconsider this policy and I'll happily update my review.
