Is a good hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST! All people over there are the best our waitress Alfredo he was phenomenal and we was thankful for his help. I only suggest the rooms need a renovation I mean they are good but it feels like 90’s or early 00’s just that. Everything was ao clean, is a very good place.
Excellent hotel! So many places to eat nearby. Everybody was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel is located in a safe area. Our room was clean and everything was just awesome! I will definitely be staying here when I visit CDMX.
Great location, but service needs improvement Fiesta Americana Reforma has a prime location making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. In terms of walkability and access, it's 5 stars. However, the service was disappointing. The front desk staff weren’t particularly welcoming and several interactions we had, and the on-site currency exchange didn’t open on time, which was frustrating when trying to plan our day. The room and amenities were fine comfortable enough, but nothing memorable. Overall, it’s a 3-star stay. You’re paying for the location, not the service experience. Great for convenience, but expect average hospitality.
