I cannot even explain how impressed I was with the entertainment, activities, food, staff and facilities! The pools were perfect. The ocean and beach were clean and well groomed. The staff was some of the most friendly people I have ever experienced! They were very accommodating for my cousin's wedding. They even helped set up some extra activities that the family had planned, including a paint and sip! It's extremely kid, friendly with lots of activities to keep the children busy.While the adults are able to relax! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Such an awesome beach with sandy sand and warm water. We had an oceanview room, but our Jacuzzi didn't work. I call the but it was never fixed. Huge bath tub and a separate standing shower. Big seating area if you want guests over. Tons of closet space. We had to call front desk for clean towels, which they brought immediately. The sushi restaurant was our favorite, but they have others. The selection at the main restaurant was always huge. The best part was the employees! Paulina, Diego, Esmeralda, and Diego. Always had smiles, always check in on us. Such a great representation of their employer.

Loved this property. Friendliest and most helpful staff. Restaurants and buffet had good selection of food and all delicious!! Hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. Beach and pools amazing!! Maybe a few more chairs for busy season. We loved our stay and enjoyed speaking with the employees. Was very really surprised not many people tip but that certainly was not because of the service!! Restaurants no longer need reservations. Room service is available.
