Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Great amenities, including the gym, pool, & computers. Restaurant open for breakfast to late dinners.
Great hotel room. Unfortunately, there is no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms and could not get the AC unit to work. Definitely would like to have washcloths, not just hand towels to wash my face and body with. My room was nice, open and clean. Upon opening the door, there is a lil card pocket on the wall. When you place your hotel room key card in that pocket, leaving it in there, you can operate most of the lights. My room had a good view of the city area. When walking out of the hotel the Fashion Mall Chihuahua mall is literally on the same premises and location.
This hotel shouldn't be rated as 3 star. Very poor service. Entrance is really weird. They don't let you check in even by 1 hour even if it's urgent. Food is good, but they take more than an hour to get you food
