Fiesta Inn Express San Luis Potosí Oriente

The location is great for an overnight guest coming from Mexico city, since it is right by the exit. It is also close to San Luis historic downtown where you cam go for drinks or coffee. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The restaurant service is good

Do not expect anything special, actually go there and keep in mind you may be treated very bad, they were responsible to burnt one of my shirts in a previous stay. I believe them and decided to come back, and another very bad attention to basic request, I finished buying a bottle of water, they could not send somebody to replace the one the Hotel did not replace when cleaning the room from previous guest!!!

I was there with my family for about 5 nights, the front desk person charged for the restaurant service and the difference of the hotel from Priceline package. Once I came home I noticed 2 transactions for the same amount of 192.00 each. I called my credit card to let them know it should be only one transaction so they disputed the transaction with the hotel and the hotel stated that the transactions are correct so they didn’t give me my money back. I called the hotel to have them provide me with documents of the transactions to make sure I wasn’t wrong. The front office lady and I know who she is. She didn’t wanted to provide me with her manager’s name or her name so I know whom I am talking to because she asked me to call back by later. I’m very disappointed with this situation and please do not use this hotel as they will overcharge you and since they know you are from there, they will charge you more and will make it seem like you approved the transactions! I would understand if the transactions were different but this was the same exactly transaction charged twice! Can you provide me with the information of why you are charging me twice?? Luckily I have family in San Luis and will have them go and speak with someone there and have them show proof of the transactions.
