Excellent place to stay , very secure parking lot. Very close to the airport. The only downside is that the breakfast It’s not included with the reservation.

Good Value, But Needs Attention to Detail This hotel offers a great value for the price. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The cost per night is also very reasonable, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers. However, my experience was unfortunately marred by a significant issue with cleanliness. Upon arrival in my room, I discovered stained bed sheets. This is unacceptable and raises concerns about the overall hygiene practices of the hotel. Beyond the room, the lobby furniture needs a serious refresh. The sofas and chairs are visibly stained and appear quite old, detracting from the overall ambiance. While I appreciate a vintage aesthetic, this was simply a case of neglected cleaning. The stains were quite noticeable, and frankly, I felt uncomfortable sitting on the furniture. A deep cleaning of the lobby furniture is absolutely necessary. Despite these cleanliness concerns, the hotel does offer good value considering the price and the quality of the rooms themselves. If the hotel addresses the issues with the stained bed sheets and the lobby furniture, it would be a much more appealing option. I would recommend this hotel with the caveat that potential guests should double-check the cleanliness of their rooms upon arrival and be aware of the condition of the lobby furniture.

I day before arrival, Email hotel and never received any information about shuttle. It says free shuttle but it is not. Told them I would arrived 11-1130 pm! No reply to my email or my phone. Nothing. 11pm, Standing outside the airport terminal waiting for 10 minutes and then call hotel, was told in Spanish after 3 minutes waiting and I had to get a security guard for the airport help translate that there is no shuttle after 10 pm. Just email back to me and say so. Then had to take take 6-7 km to hotel that cost 350 peso. Will not come back again, Airport hotel should have better communication and service. Towel is old, hard and stinks! Room is 7/10. Hall way and elevator seems poorly maintained! Dirty !
