Excellent place good people. Need a bit better training on staff. Claudia hung up on me as I asked for options for transportation from the airport.
The rooms are very stuffy and hot. The air conditioning units in the rooms do not work very well or are blocked. No matter how low you set them the rooms do not cool off. We asked to move to a different room but the second room was the same. We would have liked this hotel but we will look for a different option the next time we are in Monterrey. Update: After speaking with management they did send someone to come and fix our rooms air conditioning unit. I have increased the rating to 3 stars as it was still a great inconvenience to switch rooms and still sleep one night in a stuffy room. They need to do a better job of ensuring that all of their facilities are in working order.
Check in January 3. So far we been here for two day and the people working here seem mad. Not once has anyone said a word to us. Pura Cara de limón !!
