Lovely location on the mountain overlooking the city of Morelia great staff rooms and the food is pretty tasty.
It's 4 25 in the morning. Furniture is being dragged or moved or something but it's pointless to try and go to sleep since the noise will just keep happening. I got here over 3 hours ago and every so often, there's loud noises in the upper floor. No voices, just dragging or rolling heavy stuff. Of course by the time I fall asleep, it'll be time for check out. Never again. Stay at the Holiday Inn instead.
my horrible experience was with the waiters and the restaurant I ate breakfast and dinner and twice they told me that I have to pay for that it's not for free! they made me feel like I'm taking something from them! I knew I had to pay for whatever I eat it was part of my hotel reservation but they reminded me twice! the food tasted like leftovers and the pancake mix was sour! I will never come here again-
