Great hotel, it's conveniently located inside a mall so everything you need is within the premises. I traveled with my husband and baby, and got the junior suite. The room was very spacious, clean and they provided me with a crib. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. Staff was great. I'll surely return next time I visit my family.
Very clean, good and attentive service. COVID protocols in place. Very convenient as the hotel is inside a shopping mall with many restaurants. Easy access to highway.
Great location for a hotel. The staff, both front and room cleaners, are very kind and helpful. The mall has everything you need for your stay. Lack of a tub and refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience. The room cleaning could be strengthened. Chewed gum on the floor when arriving, also the floor under the sofa was filthy as well as under the sofa cushions. The floors also need mopped. If we walked barefoot in the room, without fail, our feet turned black.
