Very satisfied with the service from reception, restaurant, security, and cleaning staff. The rooms, beds, and pillows are very comfortable. It also has a great location and a shopping plaza right next to it. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, I definitely recommend it.
Excelent customer service and overall experience.
Stayed in may 2024. The room was decent, good size, the bed was comfortable. We travelled with a baby and asked for a crib, which was delivered to our room quickly, but without beddings. Asked for beddings, and we got king-size beddings for a small crib. Cakled again, and we're promised beddings. 2 hours later, we tried calling for 30 minutes with no answer, so we had to go out and buy beddings ourselves. We're later told by the receptionist that they do not have beddings for their own cribs, which is difficult to understand. In the morning, the breakfast was not included, although I was under the impression it was when making the reservation. The subpar breakfast buffet was 350 pesos per person. Incredible overpriced. Unfortunately, there are no options close by since the mall is closed in the mornings, so we had to pay the ridiculous price. Never going to stay at a Fiesta inn after this experience
