What a pleasant stay, right from when we walked in we were welcomed. All staff we dealt with during our 3 night stay were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but the bell boy on duty during our time there was fantastic! Great location, great rooftop pools, great service! (Also, one day at the rooftop bar the lady working made the best Mojito I’ve EVER had.)
The staff was very accommodating to non-native speakers, especially the bell man Jorge and the manager. The hotel location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops and one block from the action on 5th Ave, but far enough from 5th Ave to escape the chaos for down time. The pass for Martina Beach Club is well worth it. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with it's many food options.
I was very impressed with my stay at the Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen. The hotel was nice, rooftop pool & bar were superb and the staff was very helpful and courteous. The location is perfect just a block away from fifth avenue. I highly recommend this hotel.
