Great hotel, nice brand new rooms. Pretty good size suites, pretty descent breakfast. Good location if you are looking to stay near BJX Airport and if driving to Guanajuato Capital and/or San Miguel.
Convenient to the airport, well priced, clean and efficient, yummy free breakfast and very friendly staff.
The room was amazing. Breakfast was terribly bad - worst coffee ever in life and breakfast itself was made without a single bit of love. My second night the electricity was out, and the elevator shut aggressively after. If I would have had stepped out a moment before. I wouldn’t be here writing this review. Front desk mentioned the manager would call me. I am still waiting
