Great hotel, nice location, front desk has the best people than all the time are available to help; waiters during the breakfast are really helpful, the food is great and the coffe more. Rooms are comfortable and the pool is good to spend time to relax.
The hotel was sufficent with many amenities which were equally OK. Some staff members went out of their way to be helpful and extra accommodating. The rooms were neat and tidy. Suggestion to the hotel to provide small refrigerators so guests can have cold drinks or keep food when staying a longer stay. A second suggestion would be to replace the threadbare sheets (ours had spots that were nearly transparent). The location is great attached to the mall so there are many food choices and a place to walk around. The fitness center was tiny, but again, sufficient for a traveller. The small pool was also very refreshing after a hot dusty day.
Well, hotel staff is great! That’s what matters the most. However, the rooms need some attention. There was only hot water, the sofa bed was an absolute nightmare. :(
