Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez

Fantastic hotel, great price & service. Room service is delicious & well priced. Service is immaculate, rooms are spacious & clean. The workers are all very catering and ensure all your needs are met. Would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone staying in Tuxtla.

This hotel is trendy, modern, and a bit upscale from other hotels around, so I decided to stay here. This location is convenient just a few blocks from downtown. It's not as crowded as the Fiesta Inn Mall which is so awesome. The restaurant has delicious food. The salmon and prime rib are delightful but a bit overpriced. Very slow internet and towels are old :/

As a member, who pays membership fees, you should be treated like one. We had a reservation for 3 rooms for July 18. We drove 6 hours from Motozintla to find that our reservation had been canceled! and they didn't know why. We were told that they could rebook us for the night, but at a different rate, which was, of course, much higher. We decided to take our business to the Hilton for the night after being treated that way. Also, parking is very limited and fills up fast. The customer service here is lacking. Pros: We stayed here a week prior when our flight arrived on July 12. Everything went great, our room was big, clean, and the beds were comfortable.
