I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the highlight was definitely the friendly and welcoming staff at the reception, also Ceslo. They were always ready to help with a smile, and when my friend fell sick, they took such great care of her. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel truly at home and turned my visit into an even more memorable experience.

Staying at Boutique Figueira Hotel felt like a little touch of island elegance right in the middle of Lisbon. The green and black tropical flair instantly reminded me of home in the Bahamas chic, relaxed, and full of character. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel right at ease. Our room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful details that made it both comfortable and stylish. Plus, the location couldn’t be better everything we needed was just a short walk away. A lovely stay with just the right mix of charm and convenience. I truly loved it, and I will highly recommend.

This hotel is in the heart of the city with many of the beautiful and interesting things at walking distance. The design is very nice, everything in the style of a fig tree. Our room was spacious and nice, but the electronic curtains and blinds did not work properly anymore and the noise from the street was a bit too loud. The hotel should invest in some noise reduction measures to enhance the comfort of the guests. What we found a bit odd, were the opening hours of the spa: from 14:00 to 20:00. Times that tourists normally would be out exploring the city. We didn’t use the spa for that reason. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was affordable and very good.
