Fiji Gateway Hotel

We loved staying at the Fiji Gateway Hotel. The price of the room was reasonable, and our room was very comfortable and clean. There is a cafe/restaurant on site to order food and drinks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a spa treatment and were really happy with the service and price. We loved that we were across the road from the airport and that the hotel had a shuttle service available free of charge 24/7. Despite being across the road from Nadi airport you did not hear planes arriving or taking off. There is a council bus stop outside the hotel which takes you as far as the Nadi bus station. The buses run regularly and cost $1:50 (Fijian) one way. The pools were very clean, and the slide was heaps of fun. We enjoyed our two-night stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely stay here again next time we are passing through Fiji.

Such a great location when arriving or departing Nadi Airport. Clean and comfortable hotel with a great pool area, restaurant and bar area. Very friendly staff and their shuttle was much appreciated.

I booked the room with booking.com months in advance and had to pay in full at the time of making the booking. Having seen the room when I arrived and it's location, that now makes sense. Room needed a repaint, marks on the walls. The "view" was the back of the kitchens. Twin beds which I did not request on booking. TV wasn't working. No wifi in the room. I had to pay to have it turned on. Thankfully only stayed for one night. The pool was probably the best bit of the hotel for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unlikely to stay here again.
