Do not opt in for smoking room as it is very smelly even before u start smoking. The flooring was bad. Changed to a non smoking room and it is clean and pristine condition. Toilet looks new too. Tang city mall was 5/10 as it doesn’t have international brands shop and common restaurants/fast food. There are 4 marts downstairs but not 24hrs. Booked this hotel as my bus for activities pickup point is at spbu vivo opp tang city.

There were a few issues that significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay: 1. Air Conditioning in the Room: The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm. 2. No Air Conditioning in Corridors: I noticed that there was no air conditioning in the corridors, making them uncomfortably hot. 3. Room Odor: There was an unpleasant smell in the room that persisted despite ventilation. 4. Elevator Delays: I often had to wait a long time to access the elevators and reach my floor, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. This issue occurred regularly during my stay. 5. Guarantee Money: I was asked for a guarantee deposit during check-in, which was not mentioned in the booking policies or during the reservation process. This lack of transparency caused inconvenience. I kindly request that these concerns be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. If possible, I would also appreciate any form of compensation or resolution for the inconvenience caused during my stay.
