It was one of the best experience we ever had. The bungalows are amazing. The food is great. Only 20 m from a natural beach.

1 star. Beautiful hotel, but staff was extraordinary rude to my wife. My wife set up a lunch to have a post wedding celebration. We hired a photographer to take pictures. All this was communicated to the hotel. As we were taking pictures a staff member rudely said we could no longer take pictures. The staff member was so rude it completely ruined the celebration. We will never return and have never been treated so poorly as we were at this place. Pipa has many beautiful places and we’d rather spend our money where we aren’t treated like garbage.
